      • Customer Feedback Led to This Product! Ready-to-Use Wedding Sash Ribbon
        It all started with a single call from a customer. "I'm using a ribbon as a sash belt, but what should I do about the ribbon ends?" I simply replied politely, "Customers usually trim the ends themselves with scissors." Then, a sudden thought struck me. Could customers really finish the ribbon ends neatly and easily...? So, I tried cutting the ribbon ends myself, putting myself in the customer's shoes. But I couldn't do it well at all—it was beyond my imagination! (T_T) Even if I managed a clean, straight cut, it would fray... If it's this difficult for me, a ribbon professional, it's really unfair to ask a busy bride-to-be, right before her wedding, to “please also trim the ribbon ends." After repeated prototyping, we finally perfected this wedding sash series. The size and length are slightly slimmer and shorter than usual: a 50mm-wide, 3-meter type. We carefully selected the most popular colors.
