      We sometimes get asked, "I'm looking for something to use for clothes for infants with sensitive skin. Which ribbon should I get?" In such cases, we immediately first recommend this ribbon, which is manufactured using only organic cotton weaving thread that is organically grown and made on farms that have not used pesticides nor chemical fertilizer for at least three years (GOTS certified product, which is the global standard for organic textiles). No chemicals have been used, so it becomes imperative that high caution is exercised against contamination by impurities during production, and a great amount of care goes into manufacturing it, which is the reason for the gentleness of this ribbon on the skin. Compared to the original product (in which organic material is not used), it places a lighter burden on the natural environment as well as people, and is an satin ribbon that not only young children, but also those with sensitive skin can use safely and without worry.       • Width can vary slightly when measuring.
      • Our yarn is dyeable under atmospheric pressure, which lessens the effect of the dye on the yarn's natural characteristics, stability and functionality (especially int the case of polyurethane yarn).

      • This item is a woven tape with one side of its selvedge comprised of loops. Breaking the loops may lead to fraying. to avoid this, please sew multiple stitches on he edge or fold the edge in half.
      • Please be careful about loose threads at the cut end as well as slippage and seam distortion while sewing.
      • Relax spooled items for at least 24 hours before use to avoid shrinkage.
      • Please do not store goods in cardboard boxes in high temperatures/humidity, as this may cause discoloration.
      • Product may turn yellow when exposed to nitrogen oxides.
      • Brown Spots on the surface are natural fibers of leaves and stems. These appear due to the chemical-free manufacturing process.
